question number 96 in ophthalmology asking about the trochliar nerve action and it was answered as (downward lateral) , could anyone explain pls why ?
because what i know its action is downward medial

The question is:
Retinoblastoma affects the vision, MRI shows intact optic n.
Treatment?
a) chemotherapy
b) steroid
c) Removal of the eye
it was answered C
but why not choosing chemotherapy because the optic nerve is intact?
