    1.Define chronic diarrhea in children, emphasizing the distinction from acute diarrhea based on duration
    2.Explore the broad categories of causes based on age and type of diarrhea (secretory versus osmotic versus inflammatory, etc..)
    3.Develop a systematic approach to constructing a differential diagnosis based on history, clinical presentation, and initial laboratory findings.
    4.Identify red flags in the history and physical examination that may suggest serious underlying conditions requiring immediate attention.
    5.Understand when to use advanced diagnostic procedures like endoscopy, imaging studies, gene testing, and biopsies to evaluate for underlying cause
    6.Discuss the role of algorithms and clinical guidelines in narrowing down the differential diagnosis and guiding further evaluation and how to apply these guidelines in clinical practice
    7.Analyze clinical case studies to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios in the evaluation and management of chronic diarrhea in children.
