Echocardiography Assessment of Aortic Prosthetic valve

Overview

Aortic prosthetic valve assessment is not like native aortic valve assessment. It has lots of cavities, its evaluation needs lots of consideration like DVI, AV acceleration time and EOAI.
‌Special algorithm was designed to reach to the proper diagnosis (normal, high flow, stenotic valve, patient prosthetic mismatch) and proper management‌

  - Determine what the flow dependent parameter.
  - Clarify what the less flow-dependent parameter is.
  - Realize how can you use the algorithm of the prosthetic aortic valve in your clinical practice routinely.‌
