Head and Neck Crash Course from Basic Science to Reconstruct Ladder and Flaps

Overview

When considering options for management of wounds in the head and neck, surgeons have traditionally relied on a reconstructive ladder, which proceeds from least complex to most complex. In this lecture, we are going to cover the basic science of reconstructing ladder and flaps.
