Overview

The quality is important for each work and task. Especially regarding to patients issue. And to speed up patients' recovery,the physicians need an accurate lab results, that we can achieve it by quality control.

What I will learn?

• By the end of this session, the candidates will be able to:
  Recognize PT failures on PT provider’s reports
  Describe investigative techniques to determine causes of poor PT performance
  Select appropriate corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence
  Analyze poor PT performance and incorporate solutions into the QI program"
