Pharmacogenetics is an emerging new discipline that has promising clinical applications in terms of personalised medicine and medication safety. The curriculums of most pharmacy schools do not include pharmacogenetics or have recently included it. Most people in the field are interested to know more about the topic and many of them mix it with gene therapy
