what the way to prevent dm type 1 in ksa before itis starting, like starting to make healty food restrent in all sckool and collage soo all the new genration can start to be educated about the way of healty life , and add subject in the sckool about healty food, and mack every year such up about blood test for all childern and also in the collage , i notes all childern in sckool no body check there blood to find the unsufecent iron and vit d and vit b and calcuime and zinc and megneisuim and most of them when they groow up they have obesity and dm type 2 and hypothyrodisuim ,
